Redwood: Time and labor manager is unable to add/enter time card for Inactive employee

Time and labor manager: unable to enter timecard for Inactive employee

Hi,

As time and labor manager, user cannot enter time cards for other inactive employee.

This is possible in the current Classic UI.

Also, user himself is not able to enter timecard on inactive assignment, which again it is possible in Classic UI.

No error, but no data found (ex: projects list is empty):

Please let us know why this behavior? As we already have adapted our internal processes according to the fact that user and time and labor manager can enter time cards on Inactive assignments (employees).
