FIFO picking with the source subinventory criteria is not working as per expectations

Hi Team,

We have defined the picking rule to be FIFO picking for our work order picking.
Preference -

1. Lot FIFO
2. Subinventory receipt date ascending.
3. Locator receipt date ascending.

This picking works fine, till there is no criteria defined in the picking assignment.
