Fonts in OA Publisher

We have 6 LTL carriers and counting that are not able to scan the current barcode format on our BOL. This causes the driver to A) manually enter the pro number or B) apply a new pro number to scan. Neither are ideal scenarios.

If our LTL carriers are having issues scanning the OTM barcode, every OTM cloud user that ships LTL is having the same issue. Most of the carriers’ handhelds are equipped to scan Code39 or Code128 barcode format. Please add additional fonts in OA Publisher for Cloud users so we can generate a barcode that carriers can scan.
