OTM access for non employee users

Summary:

Customer has enabled SSO. Non Employee users (Carriers and Truck Drivers) are not part of the Active Directory. All external service providers (Carriers) will login in Carrier Portal(OTM) so they need access to perform below actions.

 

1) Tender Acceptance/Decline

2) Adding Tracking events on Shipments

3) Adding Shipment Cost line (Accessorial cost)

4) uploading documents

 Truck Drivers will be accessing the OTM Mobile Application.

How can these external users be provided access without being part of Active Directory when SSO is enabled?
