Issue with Read File after Unzipping

I am modifying an existing OIC integration and adding a Stage File - Read Entire File activity immediately after a Stage File - Unzip File and I am getting the below generic error:

I am thinking it may be related to the directory and filename it's trying to read from. When a file is unzipped it doesn't appear that you define a name for the for newly unzipped file, all I see in the adapter is the Zipped file name to specify.
