Could you please help me with the steps to enable "Smart Operations" in the Manufacturing cloud?

I tried to follow the Oracle release notes, and here are the issues:

A) ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS is erroring out.

B) Supervisor Workbench is not showing any work order.

Please help.
