Off Boarding & Contextual Journeys aren't triggered by the Resignation and Termination Actions

Summary:

On our Dev. Environment, we've created several journeys, some of them work fine and the others aren't triggered even with the same configuration but different actions.

We need to create a "End of Service Clearance" journey that's triggered by: Resignation, Termination, Retirement ..etc & "Exit Interview" journey that's triggered by Resignation.

Transfer Handover Journey - Working properly:

Manual Tasks - Performer: worker - Notifications and Reminders are set to owner and performer - Nothing in Actions and Events - Display Settings: sending notifications checkbox is marked - Security is assigned to all roles

End of Service Clearance & Exit interview - Not working at all:
