Pro-rata benefits in kind for leavers

Hi All,

Is anyone aware whether benefits in kind are pro-rated for employees leaving the company, using Oracle Payroll? If not, what is the reason for this?

Is a manual process required in such cases? If so, what is the manual workaround?
