Schedule Send Pending LDAP Requests process to run more frequently

Oracle documentation recommends that we schedule the "Send Pending LDAP Requests" process once a day.

Can you please let me know if there is any issue if we schedule this process to run every 30 mins.

Use Case - We are implementing ORC and we need to allow Pending Workers to be able to login to HCM using the Forgot Password link. However we have SSO enabled and therefore we are not able to leverage the delivered password reset notifications that is provided in the DEFAULT User Category. If we enable the Password reset notification in the DEFAULT user category, the employees might use the Forgot Password link to reset their SSO account and that might end up locking their account.
