Request from Business to not use the receivable account page in the UI

Summary:

Request : From Business

  1. AR invoice distribution for the receivable account should not be edited. Please refer to the document for further references.

Solution we provided already :

  1. We have suggested business to Customize SLA. Based on Customer Site Receivable account. But business suggests this will cause problem in the Reconciliation. Between Invoice UI and GL TB impact. So we have dropped the same.
  2. We have tried to customize the option using Sandbox - With this we can able to remove the action icon. If the action icon cannot be selected then distribution screen cannot be accessed. But business overall wants to edit the Revenue account. So removing the icon will not be a suitable solution.
