    Redwood VBCS - New project loses previous configuration?

    Hello experts

    I am trying to do a simple adjust in ORACLE HCM HELP DESK, that is currently in REDWOOD

    • Oracle team that did the implementation had performed some customizations
    • Now I want to enter more customizations, but i am unsure of some questions on the impact of doing it

    Questions:

    • Don't know which project has been used in PROD etc. Is there a way to discover it?
    • If I start a new project, what is the best option?
      • If I publish a new empty project will I lose the previous customizations?
    • If I publish is there a way to rollback?
