In Absence module, The Negative Balances are Being Carried Over to the Following Year

Dear Oracle Expert Team,

We have encountered an issue with the absence process in our system. Specifically, we have noticed that negative balances are being carried over to the following year. This behavior is causing a significant disruption to our operations and is negatively impacting our workforce.
