How can I monitor intermittencies on an OIC instance within OCI?

I am looking for guidance on how to detect intermittency or outages on an Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) instance created within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI Version: Oracle Integration 3). I've noticed that most of the metrics available in OCI are related to traffic, but I can't find any that directly indicate availability issues or intermittency in the OIC service.
Are there specific metrics, logs, or any additional configuration I can enable to accurately identify these problems?
