Privilege issue while trying to finally close purchase order through rest api

Summary:

i am trying to mass final close purchase order through rest api. But it is throwing 403 privilege issue while using the API

I have already added "Finally Close Purchase Order (PO_FINALLY_CLOSE_PURCHASE_ORDER_PRIV)" to our "oic user" and also provided "Procurement REST service" role.

Please suggest if any other priviledge is required .
