Custom Financial Plan Type for Budget not available in LOV while creating Project Budget

Hi All,

When we try to create Project Budget, our custom financial plan type is not available in the list of values for selection, if we do not enable the checkbox of 'enable budgetary control for all transaction sources and documents' in the budgetary control setup.

However, if we enable that check box we are able to select our custom financial plan type from the list of values.

Is there anyway where we can untick this above checkbox in budgetary control setup and still the financial plan type appears in the dropdown while creating the budget as we do not want to enable budgetary control for all transaction sources in projects?
