Is it possible to add a button or new field in Sales Order Redwood page?

Summary:

Hi all,

I would thank any help with the following.

I have some knowledge of customization redwood pages (not much, but I have done some examples).

I would like to add "something" , a new field, a new button, in the page to query (not in this one, but the next) a SO:

The place to put this data would be here , I would like to calculate and show some summary data for the SO.

Please can someone elaborate the steps, I have been trying for a while, with no success.

I can show/hide stuff, but not show new stuff.
