NextGen Helpdesk Error: The value of the attribute Channel ID isn't valid

edited Dec 19, 2024 11:23AM in Help Desk 1 comment

Summary:

Hi Experts,

I am encountering the error 'The value of the attribute Channel ID isn't valid.' when creating a Service Request (SR). My goal is to send both an email and an in-app notification to the Worker and CC the HR Manager. While I can successfully send in-app and email notifications to the Worker, I receive this error when trying to include the HR Manager as a CC login below code snippet.
