How system is calculating the MIN - MAX quantities at Item based on the Profile Policy

I would like to understand how system will calculate the minimum and maximum quantities at the item level based on the business input MIN - MAX Planning policy is defined as follows:

MIN - MAX Policy Profile Parameters:

Default safety stock days of cover = 50

History data in days = 100

Maximum days of cover = 100

Here i have two items where the items having the following transactions:Item - AAccount Receipt = 50Total Issuance from inventory = 44

Before running the planning Policy:

MIN Quantity = 8

Max Quantity = 18

Based on the above planning policy parameters, once the scheduled process is completed system updated the Min and MAX quantities at the item level as
