Unable to create approval rules for Lease Accounting Module using the BPM Worklist

I am unable to create approval rules and conditions using below attributes for approval work flow.
responsibleUserName
LeaseNumber
abstractedBy
accountClassification
amendmentSybtype
assetType
assignedTo
leaseNumber
leaseType
legalEntity

However, except the default approval rule, unable to validate any rule type using above attributes with different combinations of conditions.
