Additional Contact email

In RSSP, we are seeing that for a catalog request sourced to a supplier, when adding an additional contact email on the requisition, it creates the PO and then overrides the communication email with the additional contact email. We would expect to see the communication email to remain as the supplier email listed on the agreement. We would expect the the additional contact to be receiving the email along with the supplier. Can we verify the functionality, and how it sends the emails to the supplier? Can we also verify where the information should populate on the PO?
