Jobset is completing too fast and not picking up data in previous processes

Summary:

I have created a custom jobset of 3 scheduled processes.

process 1 & 2 were completed successfully, with data

however process 3 appears to have been running at same time as 2 and doesn't pick up the data from 2.

But if you run the jobset immediately after process 1&2 don't pick up data but now process 3 will pickup the data from the first jobset run, so clearly we are seeing a timing delay. Not sure how to fully let process 2 complete before process 3 starts running.
