Limit the search functionality of Contracts.

Summary:

We have a requirement from business to limit the search functionality of Contracts.

Any user trying to query contracts created between 21 February 2025 and 30 June 2025 for certain business units in the newly cloned Oracle instance should not be able to view them.

Reason: The newly cloned system will have visibility to contracts from other companies within the specified date range.

This is to prevent users from viewing contracts that are irrelevant to their organization.
