Need a report from Oracle cloud financial module that provides month end FX rates.

My ledger currency and reporting currency is different. SGD is ledger and USD is reporting. I would like to pull a report that provides account extract for every account on balance sheet. It should have transaction currency, month end FX rate, ledger currency and reporting currency. How can we extract such a report from the standard reporting pack? Or do I need to custom built it? This query is for Cloud Fusion Financials module.
