Hello,
We have noticed that when employees gets promotion or changes job/ position, the skills that are part of the position profile for his new job do not get allocated to the employee even after running the propagate dynamic skills job. For example, the employee was a senior mechanical engineer and moves to lead mechanical engineer and then the process propagate dynamic skills is run, the skills that are part of the position profile for lead mechanical engineer are not allocated to the employee. The skills that were allocated as senior mechanical engineer still remain in his skills center though. Is there any way/ workaround to do this?
