Restrict a date entry in one field if it falls before a date in another field in Document Records?

Summary:

We have two Date fields in our DOR. The requirement is that Date 2 should not be before Date 1. And, if the employee is trying to submit with Date 2 as something on/before Date 1, then the system should throw an error.

We have a requirement where we need to capture travel details of an employee in a document record. There are two details in the DOR, namely, “Date & time of arrival abroad in destination country” and “Date & time of departure abroad from destination country”.

We want to have a restriction where Date 2
