Freeze inventory transactions for selected items as users should not be able to make transactions

Freeze inventory transactions for selected items as users should not be able to make transactions for those items which they have included for cycle count. these items assigned to one sub inventories, and we need to restrict transaction for selected items only. We are unable to freeze inventory transaction (Includes Miscellaneous Transaction/ Transfer Order/ Sub inventory Transfers and Others) while performing cycle counts as users are able to perform this issuance transaction.
