After 24D update the tab "Learners" under and "Offering" shows multiple lines. The learner assigned record itself repeats the number of times of the actual assignments. For example if a learner has 8 inactive and 1 active assignment and if this learner is enrolled into an offering "Basic AI training" the page "Learners" under "Offering" is shown 9 records aganist that learner.
