Department showing in per_departments and not in hr_all organization
We created a new department with HDL and we can see it in PER_DEPARTMENTS table but not in HR_ALL_ORGANIZATION_UNITS. When we try with HDL to update the department we get the error: "COMMENT You must enter a valid value for the Organization ID field."
