Assignment Book Configuration - Format Question

I'm writing to configure the Assignment book to a category using the configuration package. The Excel file I'm working with is very format-sensitive, and I'd like to know how to convert the following format:

0872 11870010 2140010 DPR32 000 20 000 000 000 FFAN000000 000 000 000
into this format:

0872
11870010
2140010
DPR32
000
20
000
000
000
FFAN000000
000
000
000
I've successfully tested this conversion on one category.

Could you please advise on how to achieve this using the configuration package? (I am handling around 1000 categories)
