Lack of approval/action from assigned owner when in PPM risk management/issue

Hi All,

Is there any approval that can be defined in Project Issues? If yes, how can we define and can we define any approval criteria where we can review the issue and take action to close the issue or not. If no, Is there any way were the Owner of the issue can give comment on the notification, add any additional information in form of text, attachment file etc., or close the issue
