Urgent: Transfer Price is always zero for a particular Internal Transfer SCFO flow

Hello Experts,

This an urgent request.

We have a situation where Transfer Price always shows 0 for the Internal Transfer across different BUs.

We have two SCFO flows.

  1. Hangzhou to Boston: Always shows 0 Transfer Price
  2. Hangzhou to Eugene: Always shows "Transaction Cost" as Transfer Price.

All the configs like Transfer Pricing Rules, Documentation and Accounting Rules are same for both flows.

Transfer Pricing Rule is Transaction Cost Basis Rule.

We even changed the Transfer Pricing Rule to Item Cost, Pricing Strategy etc but no luck.

As per my understanding, Transfer Price derives from Shipping Org. Since the Shipping Org is same (Org: 310) for both flow, what could be the issue?
