DFF Values LOV not populating the values in Next Gen supplier Registration

Summary:

We have a DFF enabled on External Supplier Registration page and a Table type Value set is assigned to the DFF which is a LOV Type.

The LOV is populating values in Classic UI, but on enabling the DFF on Redwood UI page through Oracle VB, the DFF is visible and read only but the DFF LOV is not showing any values, means LOV is not opening up .

Strange thing is, sometimes we get the LOV with the correct values to select and sometimes it does not work.

Are we missing any setup at Value set level ?
