How to create a custom parameter in "Receipt Traveler Report"

Summary:

I'm trying to create a custom version of the “Receipt Traveler Report” with a new parameter (Receipt creation date).

I extracted the .xdm and included the parameter in the sql and also as an element.

However, when I include the .xdmz again I get the following error:
ORA-06550: line 2, column 26: PLS-00302: component 'P_HOURS' must be declared ORA-06550: line 2, column 1: PL/SQL: Statement ignored
