The PPOC is blank on the front page of the case management

Summary:

The PPOC is blank on the front page of case management, even though it has already been added (through 'Add Employee Contact' and marked as Primary). If we use the 'Add Contact' smart action, the PPOC is visible, but it is not visible when we use 'Add Employee Contact.'

Could anyone provide insight into what might be causing this issue?
