No activity is displayed in the transaction (NC) when an Issue Refund is issued

Hi
Does anyone know if Oracle has the following functionality, my client requires the following:
When a refund is issued to a credit Memo from Manage Credit Memo Applications at the transaction level under View Transaction Activities, no activity is shown for the credit Memo.

Is there a way for the transaction to show the refund activity, just like it is shown when applying a receipt to an invoice or an invoice to a credit Memo, etc.?
