OIC - Cloud Adapter connection issue

To invoke the Oracle Fusion web service, we are transitioning to OAuth.

OAuth has been set up, the connection has been configured, and it works fine. However, one issue is that we can't see the complete list of Business REST services in the Cloud connection. (When using a basic auth connection, we can see the complete list.)

Please refer attached screenshot below. We do not see the complete list of resources related to shipment, but we are able to invoke the related web services from Postman using OAuth.

Let me know if there any pointers to resolve this issue.

(We were to able test OAUTH successfully in lower instances. It worked fine. There's no difference between the steps followed in lower and higher instance)
