AOR Representatives is not working in Workflow Transactions
Summary:
We have a requirement to initiate approvals based on representative types.
We have made the AOR type usage for approval. When we trigger the transaction, it is not going to the AOR approval Step.
We tried following options but still facing the same error.
Option 1:
1. Navigation: My Client Groups > Areas of Responsibility
2. Search for the AOR type used in the Approval Process
3. For the Usage field, select the "Approval" option
4. Save changes
Option 2:
1. Navigation: Settings and Actions > Run Diagnostic Tests
2. Run the Person Diagnostic Auto Correct diagnostic with the below parameters:
Run Mode: VALIDATE (or COMMIT after the validation step)
