I want delete this boot volume So I can create new instances or know what the problem is.

Hello

I am new here with you, I have little experience in dealing with oracle cloud, but I hope to find help here I have a problem regarding the boot volume, I cannot remove it because its status has been "Provisioning" for more than a year, and because of it I do not know how to make new instances. Can someone help please?

I was trying to take the full server space which is 200GB with UHD and this problem happened

Knowing that there is no instance for me to remove
