Default Value for Enrolled Date in learning

We have a new requirement to Set a Default value for enrolled date in current learning to be set to 01/01/2025
We set an expression for the 'default value' as following: #{row.value.startDate ne null ? row.value.startDate : '01-01-2025'}
but it wasn't taking effect so we set the 'value' as following: Wed Jan 01 00:00:00 UTC 2025 and it was reflected
but after that it stopped performing any search.
what we are aiming for is to set the value for enrolled date to 1/1/2025 and for employees to see their learning starting from the date.

Howdy, Stranger!
