AD_Applied_patches Table has 2 Entries of Patch Name & Pacth IDs with 2 Diff Dt as part of 24C

Hi Team,

It is observed that the patch table (AD_Applied_patches ) has 2 Entries of Patch Name & Pacth IDs with 2 Different Dates . i.e 19 Oct 2024 & 16 Oct 24 as part of Quarter End Patch 24 C Update.

There is an ask from the SOX Audit Deloitte Team, What is the Purpose of Patch Details Pushed to the patch table Prior (16Oct24) to Patch Appiled Date( 19Oct24).
