Need to give access to run OTBI purchasing reports

Summary:

We were having a issue where a user is not able to run any OTBI reports created under custom/procurement/purchasing. We don't want to give any purchasing role/access to the user. But we need to give some access so that the user can able to run the OTBI reports under purchasing. Is this possible ?

The user is able to run the BI reports without any issue. Only in the OTBI reports we are facing the issue.
