HR is not able to search the employee from create work relationship

Hello All,

I am not able to identify what is the security privilege is missing from the security role.

The HR is able to search the employee from the search box and see the details.

However, If the HR search the employee from Create Work Relation Ship UI it is not able to search even searching the other employees even in advance search.

I added the Privilege like

Create Work Relationship

Manage Work Relationship

Edit Work Relationship

Cancel Work Relationship

But nothing is working,

By the way this role is connected to AOR, and the employee is under HR AOR.
