    ِAccording to this note it's mentioned that "There's no such limit imposed for number of attachments" is there any prerequisites or prerequired licences for maintaining this?

    Is there a limit to the number of attachments or size of an attachment for a document record?
    There's no such limit imposed for number of attachments. File upload size is limited to the value specified by the protected profile option FND_FILE_UPLOAD_MAX_SIZE. The default value is 2 GB.
