Oracle HCM Cloud integration with custom mobile App

we are working with a client to develop a new mobile application that needs to be integrated with multiple systems, including Oracle HCM Cloud. One of the main integration points is the workflow approvals and notifications, for which we are utilizing OIC.

However, we have encountered a challenge because the HCM Workflow is not event-based like the rest of the subledgers.

Hence, we are seeking Oracle technical support to advise us on the best integration method to trigger HCM workflows and notifications live from Fusion to the custom mobile app. This could be through specific APIs, the Notification framework, or any other suitable method.
