Notifications for News and Announcements

Summary

We are using the Oracle News and Announcement feature. We set the announcements based on internal policy, and the system functions as per requirements. The challenge we are encountering is that there is no setup for sending Notifications to employees once the announcement is active.

We need guidance on automating the announcement so employees will receive the details on their registered primary email.
