Disable Shipping Calculator webhook on login OSF

We have noticed that when the user executes the login operation in the OSF sites, the webhook "Shipping Calculator" gets triggered, is it possible to disable this behavior?
I think it happens due to some reprice of the cart, but still want to check the possibility of disabling this request.
