Unable to find the Termination Report definition in Oracle Fusion HCM

Hi Team,

User is receiving the termination email whenever employee got terminated in fusion HCM. User requested us to find the path for the termination report so that they can modify/customize the report.

Attached the email which user is getting after termination transaction.
