Final Disbursement balance for terminated employee
Summary:
We have an employee who got terminated on 1st Jan, 2025. As of 31st Dec, 2024 he had a negative absence balance of -0.83. This negative balance is carry forwarded to 2025 and the periodic accrual for the employee for 1 day in January 2025 is 0.06. So, we are expecting the final disbursement balance to be 0.77 (-0.83+0.06). However, the final disbursement is being calculated as 3.26
Any suggestions of how is the final disbursement absence balance calculated once the employee is terminated ?
