Need to change the prompt on Redwood Self Service Procurement Application

Need to change the prompt on Redwood Self Service Procurement Application
“Negotiation Required” label should be changed to “Buyer Intervention Required”

I could not find tis option to change the prompt in Express or Advance mode.
