Accrual to take place right at 1 year LoS and then yearly after
Summary:
We have a specific accrual plan and we want it to accrue 8 hours once employee has reached 1 year of service. Once this happens, then every year in January, accrual should take place of 8 hours.
Right now, our current plan setup may not be correct based on how it was setup during go live. It is front loaded, calendar year plan term starting on 1/1. We have a EL expression with 1 year LoS DF there stating to accrue 8 hours.
How can we achieve this?
Example Scenario: Employee hire in Dec 15 2023. He will accrue first 8 hours on Dec 15, 2024 and then after that, each year he will accrue 8 hours in January. So then in this case, he will then accrue 8 hours again on Jan 1, 2025 (no carryover from year to year).
